Strengthening businesses, associations, museums, federal and local governments since 1990
During this process of making trade-offs (and there are ALWAYS trade-offs), I will be with you to help you and your staff set and adjust to new expectations, new processes, and new people. As we learn more, we will modify what we do to overcome previously unseen barriers and to take advantage of serendipitous opportunities. Since I am a solo practitioner, when you hire me, you get me.
Employees contribute substantially to the organization and thrive in the environment. The side benefits of this are higher retention of high performing employees, increased loyalty, meeting corporate goals, and an environment where employees want to perform and come to work.
I received a degree in psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. I received my Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and am a designated Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. Additional coaching-related certifications include Leadership Embodiment, Leadership Circle, Certified SOAR (Success through Observer, Action, Result) Facilitator, Polarity Thinking, Resilient Leadership Facilitating Coach, and Center for Creative Leadership Certified 360 Tools, among other certifications.
In Richmond, VA I am an active music, dance, and museum goer. I enjoy long walks with my Mollie, my Maltipoo. I also enjoy frequent travels around the US and Europe and occasional jaunts to more exotic locations. Reading and discussing books gives me much pleasure.
